Pottery – Handbuilding Basic 1

Join us for Pottery – Hand-building 1 and sink your hands into the dirt. Whether you’re looking for a way to relax, learn a new skill, just have fun, or a cool team building activity, learning to make pottery is an excellent choice. Guided by a local professional pottery artist, you will learn the basics of hand-building techniques, including pinch, coil, slab building and glazing. Each class is structured for you to learn a technique that will be paired with a project, which means you are creating pieces on day one. Projects include a planter, salad or pasta bowl, and a coffee or tea mug.
